If you implement the template in your business and genuinely feel it has not met your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days — provided the following conditions are met:
- The template has been actively used with at least two (2) clients or prospective clients
- You provide reasonable proof of usage within the 14-day period (e.g., email screenshots, proposal timestamps, or dated presentation materials showing client delivery)
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase

Refunds will not be granted for:
