Welcome to Refined Realtor. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and digital templates. By purchasing, downloading, or using any Refined Realtor product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. Overview of Our Products
Refined Realtor provides professionally designed digital templates for real estate agents and agencies. These may include, but are not limited to, company profiles, listing presentations, proposals, guides, booklets, layouts, written content, and stock imagery (collectively referred to as the “Materials”).
All products are delivered digitally and provide instant access upon purchase.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Materials made available by Refined Realtor are the exclusive intellectual property of Refined Realtor.
This includes:
- designs and layouts
- written content and copy
- graphics, branding elements, and formatting
- photographs and stock imagery
- structure, composition, and presentation style
These Materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in Australia, the United States, Canada, and internationally.
No ownership rights are transferred to you as part of any purchase.
3. Licence Grant (Standard Use Licence)
When you purchase a Refined Realtor product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Materials strictly as intended.
This licence allows you to:
- use the templates for your own real estate business
- edit and personalise the templates for your branding and services
- present or send the templates to your own clients or prospective clients
- use any included stock images within the templates only, for client-facing use
This licence applies to individual agents, boutique agencies, and internal team use, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
4. Prohibited Use & Restrictions
You may not, under any circumstances:
- resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Materials
- provide the templates to third parties for their own use
- upload or offer the Materials on marketplaces, websites, or shared drives
- reproduce the Materials as standalone products or derivative works
- extract, reuse, or repurpose stock images or written content outside the templates
- claim the Materials as your own original design work
Any use outside the scope of the standard licence is strictly prohibited.
5. Copyright Infringement & Enforcement
Unauthorised use of Refined Realtor Materials constitutes copyright infringement.
We actively monitor misuse and reserve the right to:
- issue immediate cease and desist notices
- revoke access to purchased products
- pursue legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief
Failure to comply with enforcement notices may result in further legal action without additional warning.
6. International Legal Protection
Our Materials are protected under:
- Australian copyright law
- United States federal and state intellectual property laws
- Canadian federal and provincial consumer and copyright legislation
These protections apply regardless of your country of residence or business location.
7. Exceptions & Custom Licensing
Any exceptions to these Terms — including extended usage, white-label rights, resale permissions, or alternate licensing arrangements — must be approved in writing prior to use.

8. Changes to These Terms
Refined Realtor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
